Section 36 in The Kerala Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, 1960
36. Repeal of certain enactments.
- On and from the date of the commencement of this Act, in any area, the enactments specified in the Schedule shall stand repealed in so far as they apply to such area:Provided that anything done under the said enactments which could have been done under this Act if it had then been in force shall be deemed to have been done under this Act.
