- Licences may be granted to Para Military Units by the Deputy Commissioner with the previous sanction of Excise Commissioner for retail sale of foreign liquor or Indian liquor or both to the members of Para Military Units for their personal consumption on payment of the same fees as prescribed for Military canteen tenant licences.
