Section 3(4) in The Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University Act, 1989
(4)The principal seat of the University shall be at Lonare in Raigad district in Konkan region or at such other place as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, specify in this behalf.
