61. Capital Cost
.-The normative capital cost for setting up Solar Thermal Power Project shall be Rs. 1300 Lakh/MW for FY 2009-10:Provided that the Commission may deviate from the above norm in case of project specific tariff determination in pursuance of regulation 7 and regulation 8.
