Section 8 in Arunachal Pradesh Nursing Council Act, 2011
8. Cessation of membership.
- A nominated or elected member of the Council shall be deemed to have vacated his or her seat, if:(a)He or She is absent without sufficient ground in the opinion of the Council for three consecutive meetings of the Council; and(b)He or She is absent out of India for a period exceeding six months.
