Section 23(5) in The Petroleum And Natural Gas (Safety In Offshore Operations) Rules, 2008
(5)The acceptance criteria shall be, inter alia , set for-(a)personnel on the facility as a whole, and for groups of personnel which are particularly exposed to risk;(b)loss of main safety functions as mentioned in rule 77 on main safety functions;(c)pollution from the facility or any other environmental threat or damage; and(d)damage done to third party.
