(2)The appointment of the Controller of Examinations shall be for a term of five years or till he attains the age of sixty years, whichever is earlier, provided that a person shall not be appointed as Controller for more than two terms. The qualifications and experience for the purpose of selection of the Controller shall be such as may be prescribed by Statutes.
