CWP No. 6967/2025 & CMP No. 8953/2025 Learned counsel for respondent No.3 has placed on record notification dated 02.05.2025, whereby, the condition as prescribed in the impugned notification dated 10.10.2024 has been relaxed in the following manner:-
"If the proposed programme (cross disability/top up courses being developed by RCI as on in service training is not available same may be dropped from the qualification with a condition that those recruited with D.Ed./B.ED. Special Education have to compulsory undergo aforesaid training as soon as the same is conducted."
Therefore, the first prayer made by the petitioner for amending Rule 7 of Recruitment and Promotion Rules notified vide notification dated 10.10.2024 has been rendered infructuous. However, since the petitioner has sought incorporation of the qualification of post-graduation in addition to the ..2..
qualification already prescribed as per notification dated 13.11.2019 issued by the NCTE, respondents No.1 and 2 are directed to file their reply within a period of one week, clarifying their stand, more particularly, in light of the notification issued by respondent No.3 on 02.05.2025.
