Section 1 in The Mayo Hospital Acquisition Act, 1982
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Mayo Hospital Acquisition [and Transfer] [Words inserted by West Bengal Act 17 of 1991.] Act, 1982.(2)It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 27th day of August, 1982.
