Section 47(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Forest (Protection) Force Rules, 2012
(1)Whenever mobilization of the Force is likely or is in force or a member of the Force is detailed or is likely to be detailed for training of any type, leave of any kind including casual leave shall not ordinarily be sanctioned except on emergent and compassionate grounds.
