22. Notice under Section 60.
- The written notice, which a tenant is required to give to the land holder under sub-section (1) of Section 60 of the Act, shall be substantively as in Form 'P' and such notice shall be given before the tenant ceases to cultivate his holding and leaves the neighbourhood.Abandonment
