(1)Application for the renewal of counter signature of a permit shall be made in the form prescribed under sub-rule (1) of Rule 72 to the Transport Authority concerned and shall be accompanied by a copy of the permit and application fee as specified in Rule 145.(2)The Transport Authority granting the renewal or a counter signature shall call upon the holder to produce the original permit, and shall return the same after endorsement.
