17. Duties of Bar Association. -
(1)Every Bar Association shall, on or before the 30th April each year, send to the Bar Council a list of members of the Association as on 31st March of that year.(2)Every Bar Association shall inform the Bar Council, in writing, of-(a)any change of office-bearers and members of the executive committee of the Association within thirty days of such change;(b)any change of membership (including admission and readmission of members) within thirty days of such change;(c)the cessation of practice, retirement or suspension from practice of any member of the Association within thirty days of the occurrence thereof;(d)such other matters as may be prescribed or required by the Bar Council from time to time.
