Section 225 in The West Bengal Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989
225. Prohibition of use of military colours and registration marks.
(1)No motor vehicle other than a military motor vehicle, shall be used, in any public place, unless it is painted in colours scheme different from that usually employed for military motor vehicles.(2)No motor vehicle shall exhibit or carry any military registration mark.
