Section 44(1) in Haryana Municipal Corporation Election Rules, 1994
(1)The Presiding Officer shall secure and seal the ballot box in such manner that the slit for insertion of ballot papers remains open and shall allow the polling agents present to affix, if they so desire, their seals.
