Section 4(a) in Maharaja Bhupinder Singh Punjab Sports University Act, 2019

(a)Professor Gursewak Singh Government College of Physical Education, Patiala shall be a constituent College of the University and any reference to this College in any contract or other instrument shall be admitted to be reference to the University establishment under this Act;
