                         UPON hearing the counsel, the Court made the following
                                              O R D E R

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the original Advocate on Record has been nominated as Standing Counsel for the State of Uttar Pradesh, and thus she would be filing Vakatanama on behalf of the petitioners within Signature Not Verified two weeks. It is further submitted that upon the same being Digitally signed by POOJA SHARMA Date: 2023.10.18 16:51:27 IST Reason: done, steps would be taken to cure the defects, for which, 1 SLP(C) No. 7781/2020 four weeks time be granted.

2. Accordingly, two weeks time is granted to file the Vakalatnama and further four weeks time is granted to cure the defects as pointed out by the Registry.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that petitioner no. 1 (Udit Kumar) and respondent no.3 (Amit Kumar) have passed away and for bringing their legal representatives on record, permission be granted.

4. Having regard to the aforesaid, the prayer is allowed. Let the same be done within the aforesaid timeline.

5. Learned counsel for the respondent no.1 submits that he be granted time to file a counter affidavit.

6. Let counter affidavit be filed on behalf of respondent no.1 within four weeks.
