Section 11(1) in The Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2005
(1)All petitions shall be presented in person or by any duly authorized agent to the Receiving Officer at the headquarters of the Commission or at such other place or places and during the time, as may be notified by the Commission from time to time. The petition may in the alternative be sent by registered post with acknowledgement due to the Commission at the places mentioned above.
