Section 339E(1) in The M.P. Municipalities Act, 1961
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in Madhya Pradesh Land Revenue Code, 1959 (No. 20 of 1959), the transfer or agreement to transfer of plots made by a colonizer, in an area of illegal diversion or illegal colonization shall be void.
