Section 13(1) in Himachal Pradesh Specified Essential Commodities (Regulation of Distribution) Order, 2019
(1)No person shall transfer any authorized document issued to him/her under the provisions of this order or any specified essential commodity(ies) obtained against any such authorized document without prior written permission of the Director or the Controller or any other Officer authorized by the Government .
