Section 16(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Single Window (Industrial Investments and Business Facilitation) Act, 2018
(1)All new proposals or proposals for expansion of existing industrial/service unit which need clearances under one or more of the applicable laws shall be eligible to apply under this Act.
