1. The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking direction for examination of the two impugned wills by the Forensic Science Laboratory, Government of India.

2. After some submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application to file a fresh application for examination of the hand-writing expert in respect of the authenticity of the signatures/thumb impression on the Will(s) dated 15.12.1999 and 20.06.2008.
3. In view of the submissions made, the application is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
4. The parties to appear before the learned Joint Registrar for recording of evidence on 06.03.2024.
