COMMON ORDER
These contempt petitions have been filed as against the wilful default committed by the respondents in disobeying the order dated 06.03.2024 in W.P.Nos.7135/2020 & batch.
2. On 08.09..2025 this Court has passed the following order:
“ On a writ appeal preferred against the order passed in W.P. No.7135 of 2020 etc., batch, a disposal has been given by slightly modifying the order of this Court. However, with regard to G.O.(Ms) No.111, dated 25.05.2010, it is learnt that many of the petitioners have filed their Review Petitions, in view of the pendency between the AICTE regulation and G.O.(Ms) No.111, dated 25.05.2010.
2. In view of the same, these matters are ordered to be listed after four weeks.”
3.
