Section 2(33) in The Orissa Self-Help Co-operatives Act, 2001
(33)"Registrar of Co-operative Societies" means the individual appointed as such under the Co-operative Societies Act, and includes any individual empowered to exercise the powers of that Registrar of Co-operative Societies under that Act;
