1. Issue notice. Mr. Badar Mammood, learned Panel Counsel, accepts notice on behalf of respondent No. 1. Respondent Nos. 2 and 3-EdCIL India Ltd. ["EIL"] be served by all permissible modes, including e-mail. Dasti in addition is permitted. Affidavit of service be filed by Saturday, i.e. 22.03.2025.
2. The petitioners claim to have been working with EIL on contractual basis for several years, having been engaged between 2007 and 2013. They are aggrieved by communications issued in February and March 2025, by which EIL has contended that their services shall stand terminated on 31.03.2025.
