Section 34 in Minerals (Other than Atomic and Hydro Carbons Energy Minerals) Concession Rules, 2016
34. Penalty.
- In the event that any prospecting licence or mining lease is granted in contravention of the provisions of this Chapter IX, the grantor of the licence or lease shall be liable to be penalized under the provisions of rule 54.
