(14)Grant of Leave - (1) The Chief Executive Officer, other Officers and employees shall be governed in accordance with the provisions of the Central Civil Service (Leave) Rules, 1972 and orders issued thereunder by the Central Government from time to time.The Chairperson shall be the authority competent to sanction leave in respect of the Chief Executive Officer. The Chief Executive Officer shall be the authority competent to sanction leave in respect of the officers and other employees.
