12. Submission of return of commodities of trade.
- The licensee or his agent shall maintain proper account of weekly purchases of all commodities of trade in Form 'C' in duplicate and the original copy duly certified by the Hat Representative concerned shall be submitted forthwith to the Chairman through the Hat Representative. The Hat Representative shall forward the same to the Chairman within 7 days.
