Section 42(3) in The Rajasthan Inter-State Migrant Workmen (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 1981
(3)(i)Where workers of both sexes are employed there shall be displayed outside each block of latrine and urinal a notice in the language understood by the majority of the workers 'For Women only' as the case may be.(ii)The notice shall also bear the figure of a man or of a woman as the case may be.
