Section 19 in Extradition Treaty between the Republic of India and the Republic of Azerbaijan
19. Central Authorities.
Central Authorities shall transmit and receive all requests and responses thereto for the purposes of this Treaty. The Central Authority for the Republic of India shall be the Ministry of External Affairs; and the Central Authority for the Republic of Azerbaijan shall be the Ministry of Justice.Article 20
