Section 13(2) in The Bangalore City Civil Court Act, 1979
(2)Where any such suit or proceeding comes before,-(a)the Principal City Civil Judge, he shall place it before any other Judge for disposal according to law ;(b)any other Judge, he shall report the circumstances to the Principal City Civil Judge who shall thereupon place it before any other Judge for disposal according to law.
