(7)The said register shall also be produced at the commencement of every annual general meeting of the company and shall remain open and accessible during the continuance of the meeting to any person having the right to attend the meeting.If default is made in complying with this sub-section the company, and every officer of the company who is in default, shall be punishable with fine which may extend to [five thousand rupees].
