Section 2 in Parambikulam-Aliyar Project (Regulation of Water-Supply) Rules, 1994
2. Definitions.
- In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires, -(a)"Act" means the Parambikulam-Aliyar Project (Regulation of Water Supply) Act, 1993 (Tamil Nadu Act 20 of 1993);(b)"Controlling Officer" means the Assistant Executive Engineer, Public Works Department in-charge of Thirumurthy Reservoir.
