20. Report to District Inspector of Land Records in certain cases.
- When the Circle Officer or, as the case may be, the Circle Inspector cannot fix a boundary or survey mark without the field book, or if he is in doubt as to how to deal with any case, he shall report the matter to the District Inspector of Land Records for orders.
