(3)Whoever contravenes the provisions of sub-section (1) or omits to comply with the terms of a notice under sub-section (2), shall be punishable with fine which may extend to five thousand rupees and in case of a continuing contravention or omission with a further fine which may extend to two hundred rupees for every day Regulation of Public Bathing, Washing, Water tank etc.
