Learned Senior Counsel appearing for appellant submits that appellant had filed I.A. No.7442/2019, which is an application for condonation of delay. There is delay in filing certified copy of the impugned judgment and decree but appeal is filed in time.
In view of aforesaid, I.A. No.7442/2019 is allowed and the delay is condoned.
Learned Senior Counsel appearing for appellant prays for withdrawal of I.A. No.8817/2019, an application for extension of time to cure defaults as it has become infructuous.
Prayer is allowed and I.A. No.8817/2019 is dismissed as withdrawn as the same has become infructuous.
Counsel appearing for respondent prays for time to file reply to the applications i.e. I.A. No.9844/2019, I.A. No.10697/2019, I.A.No.9846/2019 and I.A. No.10712/2019 filed by the appellant.
