Advocate Shri Joe D'Souza for the applicants, * Heard him. He submits that other 6? Group 'D' employees similarly situated with the appheants have been absorbed on O28 OA No.210/180/2021 redeployment as Announcers Ex-Cadre Staif in Commercial Department of Central Railway, Mombai. Rut the applicants have not been similarly absorbed in the Commercial Department by Sr. DRM, Central Railway, Pane. On their Srlevance, they have submitted a representation on 17.10.2019 to DRM, Central Raihvay, Pune but it has not yet been decided by him. He further submits that the applicants would be satislied if this OA is disposed of directing the respondents to consider their representation dated 17.10.2019 to absorb them as Announcers Ex- Cadre Staff in Commercial Department on par with 67 Group 'D employees absorbed as. per order of 03.06.2019 issued by office of Divisional Personnel Officer, Mumbai Central, CST.

In view of these submissions, this OA is disposed of at admission Stage with direction to the respondent No.2 (Additional Divisional Railway Manager, Central Railway, Pune Division, Pune) to consider the representation of the applicants dated 17.10.2610 for their absorption as Announcers Ex-Cadre Staff in Commercial Department similar to those 67 employees absorbed on redeployment as Announcers Ex-Cadre Staff by DRM Office, Mumbai Central, CST by order of 03.06.2019 as per the applicable relevant rales and instructions on the subject in two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and thereafter to communicate the order of the applicants, 4, With this the OA stands disposed of.
