Section 2(a) in The Orissa Circuit Houses and Inspection Bungalows Rules, 1985
(a)"Bungalow" means a Revenue Inspection Bungalow and includes a Revenue Rest Shed under the administrative control of the Revenue Department, but does not include a Circuit House.
