On the prayer of the learned advocate for the petitioners, leave granted for the purpose of putting in deficit court fees with the department within Friday (10.7.2015), failing which the writ petition shall stand dismissed insofar as the writ petitioner nos. 2 to 3 are concerned and shall survive in respect of writ petitioner no.1, as the sole writ petitioner.

Having heard the learned advocates for the parties and upon perusing the instant writ petition, this Court directs the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to file their respective reports in the form of affidavit on or before the next date, stating therein specifically as to whether the allegations made in the writ petition have any basis or not.
