Section 135 in The Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir
135. Power to extend functions of the Commission.
- An Act made by the Legislature may provide for the exercise of additional functions by the Commission as respects the services of the State and also as respects the services of any local authority or other body corporate constituted by law or of any public institution.
