Section 3(2) in The Navy (Enrolment) Regulations, 1965
(2)Th directions in the notes to, and the instructions in, the enrolment form shall be duly complied with in all cases to which they relate but any omission to comply with any such directions in the notes or instructions shall not merely by reason of such omission, render any act or thing invalid.
