Section 121(1) in Sikkim Urban and Regional Planning and Development Act, 1998
(1)The Board may, by a resolution, direct that any power exercisable by it under this Act or rules or regulations made thereunder, may also be exercised by any Authority, or by any District Planning Committee and the Municipal bodies constituted under the Sikkim Municipalities Act, 1995 or a Panchayat constituted under the Sikkim Panchayat Act, 1993 as the case may be, or by any officer of the Board or the Government or the Authority, or the District Planning Committee or the Municipal body or a Panchayat as may be mentioned therein, in such cases and subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified therein.
