Section 3(1) in The Rajasthan Homoeopathic Medicine Act, 1969
(1)The State Government shall, by notification in the Official Gazette establish in the manner provided hereafter, a Board to be called the Rajasthan Board of Homoeopathic Medicine, for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this Act.
