Section 254 in Jharkhand Municipal Act, 2011

254. Solid wastes to be property of municipality.

- All solid wastes deposited in public receptacles, depots and places provided or identified under section 255 and all solid wastes collected by the municipal employees or contractors or any other agency authorized in this behalf shall be the property of the municipality.
