7. Appeal against refusal of registration.
- Where an application for registration of Co-operative society is rejected by the Registrar, the appeal, if made, shall be signed by all the persons joining the application for registration:Provided that where the application for registration has been signed by more than ten persons the appeal shall be signed by at least two-thirds of the persons joining the application for registration.
