Section 159(1) in The National Security Guard Rules, 1987
(1)Where person is sentenced to death by hanging, a warrant in the form set out in Appendix X shall be sent by the Director General to the Superintendent of the Prison where facilities for carrying out such a sentence exists, after the sentence has been confirmed by the Central government and the accused shall be committed to the same prison by his Commander on the appropriate warrant.
