87. [ Preparation of Municipal Accounting Manual. [Substituted Bihar Act No. 7 of 2011, dated 27.5.2011.]
- The State Government shall prepare, update and maintain, a Manual to be called the "Bihar Municipal Accounting Manual" for implementation of accrual based double entry accounting system containing details of all financial & accounting matters and procedures relating thereto in respect of the Municipalities.]
