Section 14(5) in The Gujarat Sick Textile Undertakings (Nationalisation) Act, 1986
(5)Reference in this Act, to the Commissioner shall be construed as reference to the Commissioner in relation to the sick textile undertakings in respect of which he is appointed under sub-section (1).
