Section 36(2)(c) in Punjab Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2014

(c)Children’s Home:
(i)while children of both sexes below ten years can be kept in the same home, separate bathing and sleeping facilities shall be maintained for boys and girls in the age group of five to ten years;
(ii)separate children’s homes for boys and girls in the age group of seven to twelve years and thirteen to eighteen years; and
(iii)separate facilities for children in the age group of Zero to five years with appropriate facilities for infants.
