Section 131(1) in Uttarakhand Co-Operative Societies Act, 2003
(1)The State Government may from time to time, by notification make such incidental and consequential order as may appear to it to be necessary or desirable for the removal of any difficulty in any matter under the provisions of this Act or rules made thereunder.
